I started this blog in Jan 2005 along with a personal challenge to cycle 2005 miles in 2005. I am not a professional cyclist, I'm just a bloke who got persuaded to try cycling to work one day because he was was unfit and getting fat - now I'm hooked on the sport.
I managed to achieve that target last year and so I've set myself a new target for this year...
...4000 miles in 2006. Here goes...
I did pick up the bike last night, even managed to fit the speedo and generally get it ready for the journey in until I rememebered taht i was supposed to be onsite this morning at 7am, so I decided to leave the bike at home and restart the challenge next week.
